Role: IJM’s Director of Church Mobilization

Jocelyn White serves as IJM’s Director of Church Mobilization, West Coast. Jocelyn engages churches in the biblical call to seek justice by speaking to congregations across the West Coast about IJM’s work. She encourages, equips and mobilizes churches and communities to begin their justice journeys with prayer, study and engagement in both local and international ministry.

Prior to joining IJM, Jocelyn worked as the Operations and Ministry Director for Westside Shepherd of the Hills, in Los Angeles, CA. Jocelyn and her husband co-founded Slavery No More, a non-profit organization working with law enforcement and the public to fight both domestic and international human trafficking. Jocelyn is also an active member of the Los Angeles Metro Task Force on Human Trafficking Outreach Committee and has worked with Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) survivors now living in an aftercare home in Southern California.

Jocelyn lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Peter, and son, Simeon.
